THE STORY
Crayons Advertising was started by Kunal Lalani in 1986, from a small basement-office in New Delhi. Today, 26 years later, it is one of the largest independent ad agencies in the country, and part of the Crayons Communications Group, with seven full-fledged offices in India and an overseas branch in Dubai. An astute entrepreneur, Lalani has guided Crayons and consistently grown the agency at a rate considerably higher than the industry average. The home-grown firm takes pride in having competed and won prestigious accounts while pitted against large multinational agencies; and that today, it is a name to reckon with in the industry. The cornerstone of Crayons’ success has been its belief in ‘Building enduring partnerships’. Indeed, Crayons’ relationship with its clients as well as with its own people have been long and mutually rewarding.
