We seldom hear of a beer brand making chocolates. However, with consumers looking to try new things to break the monotony, Prabhtej Singh Bhatia, Founder and CEO, Simba Craft Beer explains that the company’s latest launch – the Simba Stout Craft Beer Chocolate is aimed at offering high-quality, diversified products in the gourmet space.
“We rely heavily on high-quality ingredients to offer the best craft beer to our consumers and Paul and Mike also mentioned that the chocolates have received an overwhelming response,” Bhatia says, referring to the brand’s collaboration with homegrown, artisanal brand Paul and Mike for this new launch.
“We will focus on expanding our digital footprint by making these products available to our consumers online. Additionally, we are investing in influencer marketing for our diversified offerings and digital activations, especially on social media”, explains Bhatia, adding that the brand is targeting beer consumers with its latest launch.
Simba prefers to direct all its investments towards building its products, with minimal marketing spends, since word-of-mouth is its primary marketing tool. The brand is betting big on the festive season and hopes to meet last year’s revenue of
Rs 10-11 crore per month.
