Realty firm Sai Estate Consultants has drawn inspiration from the ‘Main Bhi Chowkidar’ tagline that is trending across social media. The real estate company has rolled out a campaign built on a similar premise, with a promise to Mumbai residents that by 2022, they will be their ‘chowkidar’ (protector) and provide housing for all Mumbaikars. Riding on the sentiment of the ‘Main Bhi Chowkidar’ campaign, Sai has articulated its mission to make housing available and affordable to the Mumbai residents, many of whom invest their life savings into their dream of owning a home. Says Amit B Wadhwani, Co-founder, Sai Estate Consultants. Explaining the insight behind the campaign, Wadhwani says, “The affordable housing segment is moving at an extremely fast pace due to the Government’s mission to provide homes to suit the need of each consumer. I am a strong believer of creating affordable housing where the prices suit the demand of the segment. As we have been working relentlessly towards it for the past nine years, this campaign is just another impetus in supporting the Government’s initiative that we strongly believe in.”
With #MainBhiChowkidar trending across social media, Sai’s campaign is currently live on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, thereby reaching out to a variety of audiences. Apart from social media, Sai Estate will also take the OOH route across Mumbai to amplify the campaign. The campaign will also extend beyond Mumbai and reach out to cities such as Surat, Baroda and Pune, in order to spread the message of affordable housing for all.
